Disaster Training

The Midland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross hosts a class on disaster training tomorrow.

The session will teach community members how to provide aid after a disaster. Executive director Kevin Kirby says responders need to be trained before a disaster strikes.

The disaster services training takes place tomorrow from 9 to 4 at 401 North 12th Street in St. Joseph. There's no charge to attend but participants should pre-register with the Midland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross.
