A Bethany man faces 3 felony charges including the murder of his 7 year old son.
28 year old Tony King was arrested today and faces the charges after investigators claim King set the family's mobile home on fire on Wednesday about 6 miles north of Bethany. Inside fire crews found the body of his 7 year old son, Jeremiah Lamm inside the boy's bedroom. The trailer was declared a total loss. Now, King is charged with felony child abuse, first degree murder, and second degree arson. He's being held in the Harrison county jail on a quarter million dollar bond.
