The embattled Leeper Hotel in Chillicothe is again the subject of a meeting set for tonight.
The historic structure has been the target for several years of demolition plans because of it's decaying roof and other structural problems. It's also been protected by several community groups wanting to save it for future business or living uses. Now, a potential developer has stepped forward to discuss an idea to save it from the wrecking ball. Those discussions will be at a community meeting tonight at the strand apartments community room in Chillicothe. That starts at 6 this evening.
