Fight Choreographer

A New York director known on Broadway, opera, soap opera and film is teaching his craft in Maryville.

But Brad Lemons is a different type of director: He coordinates stage combat directing. The former Northwest Missouri State student is back in Maryville this week helping to choreograph fight scenes in the university's upcoming performance of "Oklahoma!". Lemons told a master class the fights in a production helps carry a story.
