The Bethany man accused of killing his son and burning down the family's trailer has his court appearance in the case.
28 year old Tony King has been arraigned in Harrison County Court. He faces 3 felonies, including murder in the first, second degree arson, and child abuse. Investigators found the body of his 7 year old son Jeremiah Lamm in the rubble from the fire. King waived formal reading of the charges during yesterday's arraignment and his preliminary hearing was set for February 8th.
