Victim's Memorial

Many law enforcers are promoting to drivers the message of a sober holiday season.

A memorial service was held recently in Missouri's capitol to drive that point home and remember victims of drunk drivers. Members of the state patrol, Missouri Department of Transportation, and victim's relatives all spoke at the ceremony. Transportation department director Kevin Keith also issued a warning.

Keith says fatalities on Missouri roads could be cut by a third, and without any costs, if drivers would stop driving drunk
