The Chillicothe Police say they've seized drug paraphernalia and have taken a couple into custody relating to the manufacturing of meth amphetamines.

Officers were responding to a disturbance call on the 400 block of Vine in Chillicothe when they discovered the drugs. A 6 year old boy was present in the house, and taken into protective custody by the Livingston county juvenile office and the division of family services. The Chillicothe Police Department was assisted in the hazardous material clean up by a member of the Missouri Highway Patrol DDCC. The suspect's names have not ben released, and charges are pending.
