A major St. Joseph employer gets another payment as part of its incentive agreement.
Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica received the check yesterday for a hundred thousand dollars from the St. Joseph Chamber's economic developers. It's the 3rd of 5 such hundred thousand dollar installments the company's getting as part of the original incentive agreement to move to St. Joseph. The total of 5 payments will continue if the company meets job creation and capital investment goals. It's a leading supplier of animal health products for livestock producers and veterinarians and one of St. Joseph's largest employers.
