Adopters Still Needed

Good news on efforts to adopt St. Joseph area families for Christmas, but organizers say more help is needed.

The community services there says more than 2,500 people have been adopted as part of the holiday push, but 146 families are still waiting. Volunteers can donate clothing, toys, and other needs for the families to ensure they have something for Christmas. To adopt individuals or people, you can call community services in St. Joseph, their number is toll free at 800-365-7724.
