Missouri River Management

Both Missouri senators are looking ahead now that the Army Corps has agreed to change Missouri River management strategy.

Senator Roy Blunt says he's encouraged the Corps plans on releasing about twice the amount of water as normal in the next several months to make storage room for winter snows.

And Missouri senator Claire McCaskill says officials in Holt county need to draw distinction between their locally owned levees and federal levees.
