Beef Seminar

Cattle and forager producers will get a look at ways to improve their beef management.

The 2011 Beef Producers Seminar will take place November 15th in Maryville, Missouri. The seminar will include discussions from producers who have worked in Brazil to producers from west central Missouri on experiences in the industry and techniques. President of the Missouri Farm Bureau Blake Hurst will also address governmental issues affecting current agriculture. Livestock specialist Jim Humphery says the seminar will help producers with new ideas to use on management.

A registration fee of $20 is due by this Friday. To register call the Andrew County Extension Center. The seminar will take place at 6 O'clock November 15th at the Nodaway County Administration building in Maryville.
