Crews are spending nearly 3 and a half million dollars to repair US Highway 136 in Atchison county Missouri and the last of four large gaps created during the summer flooding. Holly Murphy is with MoDOT's regional office in St. Joseph and says the cameras will be there so people can watch the repairs progress on the highway.
