Rabies Clinic Offered

Several Maryville organizations are teaming up with the new Nodaway Humane Society for a rabies clinic tomorrow and again later in the month.

Experts will administer the annual shots for dogs and cats as well as Maryville city tags for mandatory dog licensing. Cindy Nelson is the director at the shelter and says the need for fighting rabies is here.

Tomorrow's Rabies Clinic will be at the Maryville Fire Station, next to the Public Safety Building on East 3rd. It runs from noon to 4 and all dogs must be leashed and cats in carriers. It will also be held again on Saturday October 29th at the same time and location.
