Schaff on St. Louis Hub

A St. Joseph senator is helping to lead opposition in a debate that resumes today in the state senate.

At issue is a multi-million dollar proposal to fund a China Trade Hub in St. Louis. St. Joseph's Rob Schaaf is the senate's only licensed physician and told colleagues during floor debate the China Hub Bill reminds him of dying patients he's seen in the past.
