Electronic Library

Two libraries in our region are now offering a new way to check out books.

There called E-books electronic books that can be checked out using e-readers or the e-reader application. The Lied Public Library in Clarinda offers the service for kindle owners. The Livingston County Library in Chillicothe calls their new service "Overdrive". Livingston county librarian Robin Westphal says the offerings come at increased requests from library patrons.
