Electric Bills Dropping

Electric bills of Union Electric Company are dropping.

State regulators have approved a plan to lower the fuel and purchased power adjustment charge of Union Electric's customers. The company estimates the average residential customer will see their bills drop by about $2.54 a month. That change will start on September 23rd.
