Missouri Highway Patrol officials are encouraged by the small number of tickets issued during a recent saturation.
Five officers spent 8 hours last Friday in Daviess county for a driving while intoxicated saturation. No drivers were arrested for driving while intoxicated. During the operation, the patrol issued nine speed summonses, three seat belt violations, one driver's license violation, one uninsured motorist's violation and one careless and imprudent summons.
