Why do teens risk becoming addicted to drugs and alcohol? that question and more will be answered today.

The Nemaha Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse or NADAA coalition will host a town hall event in Auburn Nebraska to try and educate the youth and adults about what happens to substance abuse in teens. Director of the NADAA coalition Laura Osbourn says the event is a great way empower the community to better assist in substance abuse.

Osbourn adds the town hall event will be at the Auburn Senior Center at 1101 J Street with the mean starting at 5:30 and the program following at 6:15 that evening. Those interested need to RSVP for the meal by contacting the NADAA coalition.
