Drivers in 2 northwest Missouri counties should be aware some long-term road projects start on Monday.
In Nodaway county crews will be on Route NN north east of Mozingo Lake. They are resurfacing at various places all along NN which will last Monday through Thursday from 8:30 in the morning until 3 each afternoon. The highway will remain open with flaggers directing traffic around the work zones. Also on Monday in Gentry County Highway H near Darlington closes down as they upgrade the bridge over the west fork of the Grand River, that's about a mile and a half south of Highway 136 at Carmak. H will remain closed there for 6 to 8 weeks. That project was set to begin earlier this week, but had to be delayed until Monday.
