The state-wide contest was broken into several different categories, and nearly 750 photos were submitted by amateur photographers. In the "Faces of the Farm" category, Stanberry's Chris Mattson took first runner up for the photo called "Chicks Dig Me". Honorable mention in that category went to two Maryville's Jamie Patton and Danelle Engel of Worth. Engel also took first runner up in the category "The Farmer's Life". And in the category called "Pride of the Farm" Marcy Mason of Princeton received honorable mention. The best of show went to a Ray county photographer. All the winners are now available for viewing on the website flickr.com/MoAgriculture.
