Killing Pleas

Two suspects plead guilty in the shooting death of St. Joseph teenager during a drug deal gone bad.

19 year old Victor Davis and his 46 year old father Victor Wallace both admitted guilt yesterday in a St. Joseph courtroom. The case involved the death of 17 year old Aitmus Rimmer the 3rd back in April of this year. Shots were fired on Angelique Street in St. Joseph and Rimmer was found lying in the street. He later died at the hospital. Davis Plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action. Wallace admits to attempted robbery in the first. Investigators believe the father and son drove to the area to rob people in the house there of drugs. The two are to be sentenced in late September.
