Our Iowa listeners may not be in Ames for the straw vote tomorrow but will still have a chance to voice opinions throughout this election season.

The state's AARP chapter plans to schedule a series of listening posts throughout the state to give voters a chance to share their views on various issues. AARP campaign field manager Peter Jefferies says he predicts most Hawkeye state voters will be looking at the next few months through the prism of the economy.
