The Nodaway County Historical Society is planning a show next week, but it's still looking for articles of vintage clothing.
Displays from various eras are being prepared using the museum's collection, but organizers are hoping community members have some older and interesting clothing tucked away that could be loaned for the vent, which is Sunday the 31st. The clothes can be from any era, and stories to go along with them are appreciated. The fashion show and tell will also feature the curator of collections at the St. Joseph Museum, Sarah Elder, who will be giving tips on how to best care for older clothing. To help out with the planning, you can call the Nodaway County Historical Society Museum in Maryville. That number is 582-8687.
