Trenton City Council

The Trenton City Council met earlier this week.

Among the topics discussed were authorizing execution of a lease and animal ordinances. Trenton City Clerk Cindy Simpson says the town has never had any ordinances regarding cats.

Simpson adds there is also a fine now for anyone caught feeding stray cats. The fines range from $100 to $500.
