Spence Appointed

A north Missouri agriculture producer has been named to a federal task force on agricultural air quality.

Terry Spence of rural Unionville is one of 25 citizens nationwide appointed by the US Secretary of Agriculture to serve on the Agriculture Air Quality Task Force. That group will provide guidance on the development and implementation of USDA policy related to air quality issues including the economic feasibility of federal regulations on agriculture producers.
