The deadline is coming up to apply for managed deer hunts in the state of Missouri.
Nearly a hundred managed hunts will take place from mid-September through January. The Department of Conservation is having a drawing to determine who out of 6,000 spots will be participating in the hunts. The types of hunts include archery, crossbow, muzzleloader, historic methods, and youth hunts. Dates and locations are on the Missouri Department of Conservation website, that's where you can also fill out an online application. The deadline is August 15th.
