A northwest Missouri couple facing federal charges in an alleged grain fraud scheme has their trial moved to later this fall.
65 year old Daniel Froman and his wife Pauline of Gallatin have plead not guilty to 8 counts including conspiracy, fraud, and theft. Investigators said they stole 3 million dollars worth of grain from farmers, allegedly selling it without the producer's permission and submitting false information to the state and federal government. Their trial in federal court is now set for late October.
