July 15, 2011NODAWAY COUNTY, MO | By: Wayman
Two north Missouri bridges are back open after being upgraded in the state's "Safe and Sound" bridge improvement program.
In Nodaway county the bridge on Highway 113 over Cayhoga Creek was closed for 28 days for work. It's located just south of the 136/Highway 113 Intersection. 21 bridges in Nodaway county are set to be improved this year. And the Highway 85 bridge over town creek in Albany is back open after being closed to traffic since June 8th. That's one of 11 bridges set for repairs in Gentry county this construction season.
