Senate Flood Questions

Missouri's senate contingent continues asking questions on how the flooding in northwest Missouri got to this level.

Yesterday Missouri senator CLaire McCaskill pressed the Army Corps brigadier general on the group's decision to wait until now to release all the runoff fro upstream reservoirs.

McCaskill says she's also trying to make sure the Crops decision wasn't based on recreational use of upstream reservoirs to the damage of downstream communities.
