The Nodaway County Historical Society will have a dinner and honor a new honoree.

The society will induct colonel E.D Condon at the county museum Monday. Condon had served with Harry Truman during World War 1, and been a pharmacist who owned Condon's Corner Drug Store on the square in downtown Maryville. He also worked in the Pentagon for 11 years when he retired and moved back to Maryville.
