A brother and sister photography team from Watson Missouri is trying to turn the flood tragedy into something positive for the community.

Scott Holmes, who himself has been evacuated, is partnering with his sister  Tiff to capture images around the region and are selling them on the Internet. Proceeds will go to Watson community outreach to help victims. Tiff Holmes says documenting the sheer amount of property under siege helped spark the artistic fundraiser.
