The National Weather Service is reporting several areas already flooding along the Missouri River.
In Brownville Nebraska the flood stage is 33 feet. As of last night the river had reached 39 feet, and is predicted to hold close to that level until Wednesday night when forecasters say it could reach 40 feet. At Rulo Nebraska flood stage is 17 feet. Last night the Missouri measured 23 feet. The river is supposed to hold about that level until mid-day tomorrow, then start rising to reach 25 feet by this Friday.
