Elwood Assistance

As residents prepare to flee the flood waters, the city of Elwood Kansas is getting help from the state.

Bill Brubaker is the regional coordinator for the Northeast Kansas Regional Homeland Security Council. He says agencies are arriving in Elwood to prepare for the water to rise higher.
