"Ready In Three"

Create a plan, prepare a kit, listen for information.

These are the steps for the "Ready In Three" program which is a way to prepare yourself and your family for any type of emergency. The program was created by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. It has been adopted by Northwest Missouri State University and many other communities across the state. Emergency management coordinator for Northwest, Dr. Jerry Wilmes says it's a very real possibility we may not be with our family when an emergency hits.
