Joplin Maryville Relief

A local group in Maryville is collecting relief supplies and plans on leaving for Joplin at midnight tonight.

Brandon Smith is organizing the effort through the Christian Campus House and is encouraging items to be dropped off there. That's at 904 College Avenue which is across the street from Bearcat Arena and the Fine Arts Building. Smith says he's willing to use what he can to help efforts in Joplin. Smith says these are the items he's hearing are needed most: baby supplies like diapers, formula, and wipes, clothing and new underwear of all sizes, blankets, toiletries, batteries, and non-perishable food items. Again, donations are being accepted until midnight at the Christian Campus House at 904 College Avenue in Maryville.
