Soggy conditions aren't welcomed for our Midwest corner farmers.
Producers are having to wait out Spring planting as system after system keeps fields damp. Brad Rippey is a meteorologist with the USDA and predicts producers trying to get a crop in the ground will have to wait a little longer. The opposite of our weather is in Texas and other parts of the south central US where drought like conditions have put planting on hold until the ground gets some moisture.
