Today is the first day applications open up for Missouri's small businesses to apply for their share in 27 million dollars worth of loans.
Missouri governor Jay Nixon says the federal money is passing through the state as a way to support small business growth and job creation. Missouri is using 17 million dollars to promote the formation and growth of high tech businesses, the other 10 million will be shared by industrial, commercial, agricultural, and recreational sectors.
