Tonight more than 300 photo's taken within a 60 mile radius of Chillicothe will be exhibited in the "My Rural America Photo Exhibit."

The show will debut with a reception from 4-6 this afternoon on the second floor of the Livingston County Library, 450 Locust Street in downtown Chillicothe. The contest featured three divisions: Youth, Adult Amateur, and Professional with 8 categories: Black and White, Digital, Augmented or Digitally Remastered, Film, Photos taken prior to 1990, Macro, Panoramic and Phone photos. Julie Ashbrooke, the council administrator says they had initially planned to only exhibit the top 60 photos, but were so please with the quality and creativity of the entries, they decided to exhibit all of the photos.
