Chase Message

A follow up to the high-speed chase in the Maryville are we broke last week.

31 year old Neil Fisher is charged with first degree kidnapping and assault, both felonies stemming from his alleged beating and duck-taping of an elderly couple near Cameron. His bond is half million dollars. The chase reached speeds of a hundred miles an hour and covered three communities in Nodaway county before a city public safety detective fired through the windshield, stopping the truck and sending fisher to the hospital. The Highway Patrol even got their plane up in the air to help out. Nodaway County Sheriff Darren White says the Amount of force deputies, police, and patrolmen used should send a very strong message. Charges are pending on Fisher in Nodaway county.
