Aviation buffs will be able to hear about recent changes at a special seminar tomorrow night in Chillicothe.

An American Airlines pilot and certified instructor for FAA seminars will be speaking, along with the air traffic controller at KCI Airport will be the featured speakers. They will be reviewing recent changes in taxi clearance procedures, as well as VFR flight in instrument meteorological conditions. THe seminar is open to any pilot, student pilots, and anyone interested in aviation. Participating pilots will also receive 2 wing credits. It starts at 7 tomorrow night at the Chillicothe Municipal Airport Terminal Building.
