Power Up

A women's self-defense class is being offered in north central Missouri.

"Power-Up" is a twelve hour training course preparing women for unfriendly encounters. Power-Up director Sarah Fuehring says the class has been extremely successful in preparing women for the unexpected. "Power-Up" will be offered April 8th from 6 to 8 in the evening and on April 9th from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening. Fuehring says she knows twelve hours is a commitment but "Power-Up" will truly change your life. Registration is required by March 31st. The class will be held at Central Elementary School at 321 Elm Street in Chillicothe.
