Northwest Black History

The university's office of campus activities and the Intercultural and International Center have partnered with student organizations to bring an impressive line up of Black History Month activities for 2011. Those include national speakers, movies and discussion sessions, and the annual celebration dinner. Director of campus activities, angel McAdams Prescott, emphasizes the role student organization play in bringing the events to life. Prescott says 10 student organizations have helped sponsor events this year.
