Green Hills Community Action Partnership has received $5,000 in grant money to help ameren customers, who qualify, buy outdoor clothes lines and indoor drying racks. Terry Henderson energy service director with Green Hills says using the drying racks will help save money on energy. Henderson says the average savings for a family of four could be around $40 per month. For more information you can contact the Green Hills Community Action Partnership.
