Roy Blunt says there's a strong mood among federal lawmakers to reform the big three federal entitlement programs. He says entitlements now make up about 60% of the entire federal budget. Blunt adds he wants to make sure social security and medicare are solid for the future and that lawmakers come up with a medicaid system that doesn't burden the states as much as the current program.
