Republican Curtis Livengood takes the race for presiding commissioner with 58% of the vote. 4th district state representative Mike Thomsom recieved 84% of the vote in Atchison County. Corey Herron takes the associate court judge seat with 78% of the vote. Tom Schweich wins for state auditor for Atchison County with 61%. Sam Graves retaining his seat as US representative in Atchison County with 82% of the vote. Roy Blunt takes the US senate seat with a 74% win. Amendment 1 passed with 72%, amendment 2 passed with 60%, and amendment 3 passed with 86%. Proposition a passed with 75% and proposition B is denied by 69%. Atchison County had about a 50% voter turnout this election.
