Year of Twain

The event is being held in celebration of 2010 the year of Twain in honor of the 100th anniversary of his death. Northwest faculty Dr. Richard Black and Dr. Michael Hobbs will explore Mark Twain's life and the issue of race in his book, "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn". The title for the event has a special meaning, says Owens Librarian Connie Ury. The event called "Trouble to Begin at Eight O' clock" will take place on the second floor of the Owens Library in room 250 starting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
