Greg Decker is charged with 3 counts of theft and 6 felonies after investigators allege he purchased equipment with Maryville city money and took gravel from a city owned facility for his own use. In court yesterday special presecutor Dan Smith told the judge he's working with Decker's attorneys sorting out the details of what he's calling a quote "Highly complicated factual case". Decker is alleged to have committed the crimes from 2008 to June of this year, after he was let go as Maryville's public works director. His next court hearing is set for October 25th.
