An Auburn area retailer reports a shopper bought a $2 item and tried to pay for it with a $100 bill. So called "Quick Change" artists then protest the change they get back, continue to question the cashier, and in the confusion eventually pocket more money than they are owed. In this case, the $2 purchase netted the con man nearly $100. The Auburn Nebraska shopper is described as a man in his mid twenties with his head shaved and a tattoo on his neck.
