The governor's Humanities Award goes to the museum in Savannah for its exhibit, "On The Farm" professionally showcasing both rural life and life in town from the 1840's to the 21st century. Glenn Uminowicz is the museum's director and says the award should be appreciated by the entire Andrew County comunity. Of the 7 awards this year the state humanities council is giving, the Andrew County Museum is one of just 2 given to historical agencies.
