Hunger Month

Second Harvest Community Food Bank may be based in St. Joseph but they serve 11,000 people each week throughout the 19 county area of Northwest Missouri. Executive director Scott Tomhave is encouraging the public to get involved this month helping neighbors and helping themselves. The bank is holding a variety of programs this month including a "Bluegrass Battles Hunger" concert later this month.
